MULTI-LEVEL OFFICE BUILDING UGRADE
JXB Projects completed a comprehensive upgrade of Building A, The Park, including office fit-outs on Levels 2 and 3, a full-spec fit-out of Suite 4.01, and amenity and lobby refurbishments spanning the Ground Floor through to Level 3.
The project also included the construction of a premium end-of-trip facility and refurbishment of the existing gym and yoga studio—elevating both tenant amenity and building functionality. Delivered within a live environment, the works required meticulous coordination, thorough pre-construction planning and expert delivery by skilled trades.
The project exceeded all client & tenant expectations.
