RBR CAFÉ, TRUGANINA

As part of a new industrial estate in Truganina, Goodman appointed JXB Projects to deliver the design and construction of a new café and carpark. The project was to provide a modern and functional space, supporting the precinct’s growing surrounding businesses.

The works involved ground-up construction, including bulk earthworks, in-ground services, concrete foundations and full structural steel framing. The café was built with high-quality architectural finishes, incorporating glazing, feature cladding, commercial kitchen fit-out and essential services. Externally, the project included car parking, pedestrian accessways, landscaping, and integrated stormwater drainage systems to ensure seamless functionality. JXB were proud to deliver a project that will act as a centrepiece of the estate for tenants and visitors alike.
