SAWTOOTH WAREHOUSE REFURBISHMENT
JXB Projects were given the opportunity to transform the expansive 32,000m2 facility at Port Central for Goodman Property.
The project involved:
- Safe removal & disposal of over half a million
- kilograms of asbestos
- Supply and installation of 32,000m2 of colourbond
- roof sheets, safety wire, anticon and bird netting
- Replacement of 6500m2 of sawtooth glazing
- Replacement of 2600m of box gutters
- Design, supply and installation of new siphonic drainage & overflow system
- Electrical, Fire & Mechanical service upgrades
- Structural strengthening
