The Perry Park Industrial Estate project at Unit 46B, involved extensive façade and roof remediation designed to address structural issues and prepare the building for tenant occupancy. The work included the replacement of 50% of the roof and drainage system, installation of new windows along the Maddox Street frontage, and comprehensive façade remediation. Additionally, all structural steel elements were treated for corrosion.

Upgrades were also made to the property including the addition of skylights, a full mechanical upgrade and fresh painting. The project delivered a structurally sound, visually refreshed, and tenant-ready facility. All works were completed to a high standard, enhancing both the functionality and marketability of the unit.
