ALEXANDRIA INDUSTRIAL ESTATE

JXB were contracted to undertake an adaptive re-use of the underutilised, original Sydney warehouse complex, and turn it into a vibrant new workplace containing retail, office, studio and showroom spaces.

Works included major structural demolition & re-build, façade upgrade including openings and windows, new entrances, ramps, stairs, loading docks and awnings. Each building also required an entire roof replacement, new skylights, sawtooth feature glazing and height safety systems.

The team were proud to deliver a contemporary, functional space that celebrates the industrial heritage of the site while meeting the demands of modern commercial use.
