This project involved a comprehensive refurbishment to meet the evolving needs of both landlord and tenant.

Initially engaged by Goodman Property, the team delivered critical upgrades to the building’s firewall and HVAC systems, meeting compliance requirements and enhancing both efficiency and climate control. Midway through delivery of this project, the tenant Trenton International appointed JXB to complete a full showroom and office fit-out, featuring modern finishes, custom joinery, and high-performance lighting to create a functional and contemporary workspace.

Once again impressed by the quality of JXB’s work, Goodman expanded JXB’s scope to include extensive roofing and electrical upgrades—rounding out a successful multi-stage transformation.
