OFFICE & WAREHOUSE REFURBISHMENT
JXB Projects were engaged by Goodman to undertake the refurbishment of Unit 19B at Interchange Park, Eastern Creek. This project involved the demolition of existing partition walls, installation of new glazed partitions and comprehensive ceiling upgrades using Armstrong Metal Mesh systems. The works also included the refurbishment of office amenities, with new kitchens and bathrooms constructed in accordance with Goodman’s Industrial Standards.
Mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic services were upgraded to meet compliance requirements, internal areas were repainted and new carpet tiles were installed to modernise the office environment. The team delivered the project on a tight schedule, whilst meeting Goodman’s expectations for a high-quality execution.
